Gentleman came to house at appointed time and looked at the basement walls which is the house foundation. Discussed various ideas and provided recommendation which we were able to do on our own. He could have suggested a variety of very expense options. Instead he provided information and knowledge so that we could seal the basement on our own which saved us well over $1000. Appreciated his honesty and expertise. Would use him again for anything else that comes up.

First contact with Brian Bremner, owner was informative regarding price, what to expect and possible additional cost of options. Brian explained how the process would go. Next, when he was hired to do the two jobs, he came back out to the house and went over the complete plans, permit, etc. He started as agreed and stayed on the job which took about 2 weeks with some bad rainy weather preventing a few days of work in between. He always called and left messages of his scheduled work. Brian was very helpful with choosing the color of the stamped concrete. I made changes to the patio which was a border and that was an additional cost of $200 which was quite reasonable. I wanted rounded stairs out the patio door to the patio and Brian suggested a much better design that gave more foot space for getting in and out of the door. The yard is small and has pine trees which made it very difficult to excavate for both jobs. In the process, several pine trees were clipped and skinned a bit. I opted to have them removed and Brian agreed to do the work at no charge to me. When the work was finished, it turned out beautiful. The patio is better than expected, the color is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The foundation and flatwork for the shop is ready to go....perfect! Payments were made at 50% to start, then another small amount and a final payment at the finish. I highly recommend Brian Bremner for foundation work and beautiful stamped concrete. My son was so pleased, he will have Bremner Concrete do his patio too.
