Thomas came out and provided quote. We decided to schedule. He arrived on time. He was very expedient and professional - kept work area tidy and was very organized in laying out materials. We discussed specific locations and adjusted the size of one which he complied with and on his own time went back to his warehouse to get it. He placed them perfectly.

He did bad work. He never finished paying me back the refund. He wasn't good at all. He goofed me up. Somebody called and said he would refund the money. He made one payment back but did not complete them. He was a nice guy and his painting was so so. He took my windows off and didn't put them back on. He got paint all over my cement and didn't get it cleaned up. He didn't paint my rails. The paint dripped down on my deck. He did get here on time. I always paid him a head of time and I shouldn't have.

Fine. Had a slight discrepancy, but was resolved quickly.
