Unfortunately project was cancelled, called back on 7/24 for a refund back to credit card. Was told their machine could not do credit card charge backs (really?) and thus, only IN STORE CREDIT available. Asked to speak to someone else, Told to call back Friday.
Instead called 7/25 spoke to owner, Diane.( Wow!) She did not give me a chance to say a word and stated In store credit only. I told her that cashier, Lisa , did not indicate as such and only received the info on receipt, AFTER PURCHASE, and that was an unethical business practice. I also stated that I would contact credit card company for a charge back. She said I was black balled from the nursery and not to come on premises, and good luck. One angry woman, there. Don't know how that will work if in store credit only and being blackballed from premises, and can not use, but I bet a judge can figure that out..
I have contacted credit card company, filed report with BBB, and will take the _ to small claims court if need be..
Had another experience with the lady last season, where I thought her to be very negative and angry.
