Diligent Home Inspection

Gave a very detailed inspection and worked with my busy schedule. Would hire again!

Mike was very courteous and thorough. He took great notes and pictures during his inspection. This helped him provide a quick turnaround time for the inspection report of only a few hours. One issue that has come up since the inspection was the discovery of vermiculite insulation in the attic underneath the fiberglass insulation. I noticed it just by popping my head in the attic. While not all vermiculite contains asbestos, it would have been very important to know that this type of insulation was used in our home. I feel that if Mike pointed out that vermiculite was in the attic, we could have used it in our negotiations.

Mike was on time and professional I like the fact he was respectful Of coming in the house and changing shoes after being outside in the rain and mud. One thing though that saved the day was I had to let him use my ladder, he forgot his. Mike was very thorough in hidden problems found which for me resulted in lower price on the buy for this house. Mike looked at a home for us and he went through the entire home so carefully. His report was detailed and my husband, a contractor, said how accurate he was with his notes on needed repairs. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home and we would definitely use his services again if we have a need.

Mike was very thorough, he knew what he was doing. He even noticed that the house had previously been on fire. Best money spent, we ended the contract after seller did not want to fix damages properly. Cannot stress enough how knowledgeable Mike was. Will be using him again in very near future.

Mike was extremely thorough, and even arrived early to walk the property and examine the exterior. He pointed out everything he thought was a concern and made specific notes in his report. The report was very detailed and contained everything I needed for the next step in my home buying process. He was also the most affordable in the area. I would definitely recommend him!
