These guys were very courteous, fast working with great results. The company is very honest, I accidentally overpaid a large amount and the manager called later that day to question me about it, we are now getting a free cleaning next year.

The main reason I picked 4.5 is that they pushed for an additional $10 saying there was one extra window I didn't tell them about. I counted again and my number was correct. To give them the benefit of the doubt, 5 windows were 6.75 feet tall but were only 2.5 feet wide.Maybe that was the reason.
