On time, very neat cleaned up every day they were here, courteous, patient. No surprises. If has been a year since they replaced our open deck with roof which tied into existing roof, added a skylight. No problems. We love our covered porch and highly recommend this company. Owner very patient, explained everything well, listened and answered our questions.

Do not waste your money with this company!! The contractor blew the budget out of the water and did such a poor job on so many aspects of our home I had to hire other companies to come fix them . He went 5 weeks over the timeline and left the job before final inspections were completed. It was up to me to call the city, find out what needed to be done and get what he was supposed to do completed. He also stuck me with the remaining balances for both the electrician and the plumber even though we did not go over the budget on the bid. I also had to pay his employees the last 2 weeks so they would finish because he said he ?was out of money? I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!!

"I did have the changes approved verbally by Laura except for the electrical because I did not know the electrician had told her he was going on T&M (time and materials) until the last 2 billings. He stated that he had to do that because of all the changes Laura and Bryan made. I even sacrificed my management fee so we could make ends meet. We made every attempt to accommodate her changes within the financial agreement, but it was her change orders that made this impossible."

He did tiling work for me in a 30 unit apartment complex, construction from the ground up for my 6000 sq ft home. He really does great work on any project from minor work to large detailed work. I would highly recommend him. His craftsmanship it topnotch.

He has been working for me for a long time now, I can tell he is very knowledgeable in so many levels. He is always on time, very detailed oriented and knows his stuff, he is a nice to have around. He is really good form my expectations, and mine area always very high! It is really hard for me to find a guy that is up to my standards but I trust him a lot.
