Structural Engineering
Demanded 50% of cost up front. item was ordered 4-23-14, delivery of lift was approximately 30 days after order. Was required to pay in full before delivery of canopy. Promised the canopy and arrangements were made for 8 am delivery in early June. Had crew waiting for over 4 hours with a no=show and/or contact from the company. Upon contacting them that afternoon, was told that it was not going to be delivered that day and upon further discussion it was evident that any attempt for the delivery would be impossible due to the manner it was supposedly constructed. The charge for the canopy was refunded.
Have been unable to have the lift working, continues to leak hydraulic fluid and does not either lift or lower in a reliable manner. Been unable to get a response from the company regarding the implied warranty or service manual to troubleshoot the problem.
Their product is overpriced , warranty non-existent, with the poorest professionalism ever experienced.
Certainly would label this business as "BUYER BEWARE" !!!!!!
