Selle Valley Construction, Inc.
About us
Please allow us the opportunity to assist you with your home building project from concept to finish. We enjoy hearing about your wants and needs and working to design the best home to stay within your budget. We limit ourselves to a few projects a year to ensure your home gets the attention it deserves. Selle Valley Construction, Inc. carpenters are responsible for the building of your home from framing to the final details. This type of continuity further enhances our attention to detail and craftsmanship. We like to say we are a company of finish carpenters that happen to frame. Sub-contractors do provide specialty trades, such as plumbing, HVAC, painting and electrical and do provide an essential component of our work. We only employ licensed and insured sub-contractors that have proven to be reliable, on time and on budget. We are a National Association of Home Builder's Certified Green Professional. Using a whole-house approach to residential construction, we strive for resource, water and energy efficiency. Building a Green home is about using smart building science to build a better home. We built the first Silver Certified Green Home in North Idaho proven to be 43% more energy efficient than a typically built home to standard building code. To date we have built 4 Energy Star certified homes and 3 NAHB Silver certified homes. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

"Although we always strive to exceed expectations and are disappointed we didn't receive a better appraisal, we truly appreciate the opportunity to reflect on our service. As a result, we discussed each rating item and grade received, how we missed the mark, and how we can improve. We have met with each employee and subcontractor that worked on your house to do the same. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to to build your home. It was a fun project and a beautiful home."
