FARM BUREAU INSURANCE

After a collision with a deer and extensive damage to the front of our family auto, I sent the car in for estimates and repair. Totally seamless through the entire process. I found Farm Bureau to be most accommodating and reasonable. The covered all costs (less deductible) including rental car, no questions asked. I never had to call once to debate costs or repairs which was totally unexpected (or at least from my experience). By far the easiest dealings I  have ever had with any insurance company claim. I was able to use a top rated (more expensive) body shop and repair with OEM parts. I would easily recommend them as insurers based on my experience.

Farm Bureau insures our home, vehicles, and and quot;toysand quot;. They are very responsive when we call or stop by. If the person I speak to on the phone doesn't have the answer to my question, they always get back to me promptly with an answer. We purchased a used vehicle a couple of weeks ago and stopped by to add it to our policy, and it took less than 10 minutes. I was ready to write a check for it, but was told we'd be billed. Sure enough, a bill came in the mail... only $50 for now, not bad. Many of our friends are insured with them as well, so we've referred a number of other friends and family members.
