I called requesting a quote for a broken spring and was told approximately $100 total and then I requested to schedule an appointment to have this fixed and was told the guy who schedules that is on the phone so he took down my name and number. The scheduling guy called back really quickly and got all the information. My only complaint is that when I received that statement a few days ago the cost is $200 which is still cheaper than I originally thought it would be but way more than what I was quoted.

They showed up quickly and did the replacement very fast. They billed the job and it was $18 below the estimate. That was a nice suprise. I would highly recommend them.

A competitor and quot;Russ's overhead doorsand quot; had quoted a 400.00 repair job to replace a and quot;bad motorand quot; on the garage door opener. The problem was a simple piece of hardware that had to be re-installed. I was extremely pleased with the service.

I called originally for estimate, I ended up paying exactly what they quoted me a few weeks after the call. I set up an appointment and they were here when they said they would be. They completed the work in a timely manner. The worker was very friendly and clean up in appearance which makes me feel more comfortable. He said I could pay with credit card over the phone and they could send us a bill. Our door works and we are very satisfied.

I was very happy with the work completed by this company and I selected them even though they were not the lowest of the 3 bids I received. I went with them because they actually contacted me to give me the estimate of the job, whereas I had to call the other ones and ask them for the results of the bid. I just felt like they actually wanted my business. It took a couple of weeks for the door to be shipped and once it was in, they contacted me and scheduled a time for installation and were very willing and able to complete the work under my tight schedule. Had to be on a certain day, in the morning and completed by noon. I was worried that the timeline wouldn't be met on installation day when 1 guy showed up and this was a tear everything out and start from scratch installation. I must say that this installer WAS VERY ORGANIZED, WORKED VERY FAST AND DID IT RIGHT! I will tell you that I am probably an installers worst nightmare, because I stand there and watch every move they make and if something isn't done right or looks like its not secured rock solid, I am all over it!! I never even had a question or a doubt that this door was being installed by someone who knew what he was doing and I was VERY IMPRESSED. So much so, I called his supervisor and made sure he knew. The only hitch with the installation was that the wrong colored weather striping was brought. This was corrected a few days later and I didn't need to be home for that, however it was done when promised. The only reason I didn't give all A's was because they were not the cheapest bid. That is the only reason. GREAT JOB!
