Exceptional!! This work was for a rental property in another state. He contacted our property manager when he said he would, determined what work was necessary and called us with a detailed list of what he was going to do and the cost. We had not anticipated having to add the breaker. He fully explained why it needed to be done.

We got a second opinion from another electrician that there were no code issues and then we fired the two Sand S electricians.

"Tried many times to communicate with his wife , she was not sure what she wanted made it real difficult to get a grasp on scope of work. Price was an estimate , not actually what they paid. Owner wanted to do some electrical while we were there, told them he needed to get a permit could not let him use our license and permit. We left on mutual agreement they did not fire us, we were the utmost professional and ran a very tight schedule. S and S Electric"

They were fast, friendly, and competent! We have finally found our electricians! We called three numbers and they were the only ones to return our call. All three fellows did a great job. I will recommend them to friends for sure!

The two partners in this company are really nice guys who work very hard. They show up when they say they are going to show and do their work. They discuss options, explains codes and help you decided the best plan for you. They are dependable and trustworthy. Because of these traits it can sometimes be difficult to get them when you want them but Sand S are definitely worth the short wait for their services.

They did an excellent job. Worked quickly and thoroughly and on time and budget. We have over the years made changes and additions and they are consistently excellent.They show up when they say they are going to arrive, they listen to my concerns, offered options, and worked quickly and efficiently. The two partners are very nice to talk with, get along well and listen even better. They are great to deal with/
