PREMIER COLLISION CTR

I very recently changed insurance companies so I didn't want to submit a claim. I received 2 estimates for service and Premier's was about $500 less. I saw examples of their work and was satified that while the building wasn't new nor had a nice waiting room, the quality of work was good. The estimate was based on a call to a used parts shop for the replacement window. I didn't make up my mind immediately, so when I called to confirm my decision, they set up an appointment. On the day I was planning to take the vehicle in, they called and asked if they could come to the house to pick it up. That was very welcomed since I was calling for a friend to meet me there. The work was completed when they said it would, and no sign of the dent was visible. The paint matched perfectly. I asked if the quote was infact the final cost since they were hoping to get a less expensive window from another source. The window promised to them was actually the incorrect one, and they ended up paying more for the window. The quote price was less than the cost, but the quote price was all they asked.
