Hardwood Flooring Service
The people were good as far as the service went but I had trouble with the product I had. I had trouble with the people they hired to install the flooring. I would use them if it was a different installer. With the sales process, they did good there. It was the material that was damaged or not good. They had to reorder it and they kept coming in damaged so I had to get several bunches of orders in order to get enough stuff to do my floor.

Appliance Sale
The refrigerator was $550 which is cheap. It is great except that it is real noisy like an airplane. It is the Frigidaire company that should look at their model.

Purchased Pella windows, new front entry door and front storm door through Lowes in October, they were custom ordered and installed on Nov 26. Ordering went very smooth, and the installers were great. They did a great job of installing and picked up everything, old caulk, papers, etc., even vacuumed the floors under the windows. And they removed all the old windows and door.

They charged $98 for installation. Their prices beat everyone for carpet and installation, for Stainmaster carpet. I checked 6 different places. The installer did an excellent job on all the units. They took back carpet that I had special ordered when I didn't want it anymore. I am very impressed with them. Ben walked me around the store personally to help me in choosing the carpet.
