It took me two years to get them to come back and wire our shower in as we had occupancy issues with this certain shower. The contractors statement was "you want it to work"? When they arrived he stated they would have to buy another part for around $220.000. I agreed. We received a bill for $1300.00. and the shower still didn't work. I called them numerous times and finally called another contractor to come and fix it, they did for $80.00. I call Larsen and questioning the bill. I believed I was overcharged as their bill showed that I paid for mileage on parts THEY forgot. The bill went to a collection agency and we wrote two letters stating we thought we had been billed unfairly and tried to work with the contractor and said we would be willing to pay $550.00 for the part and work done. We never received a reply. We were just summoned to court now with fees over $2,000.00.
