The online process for application was quite straight forward and easy enough. I did that for convenience as opposed to going into the local branch (note: I think it's unfortunate that a city the size of Twin Falls has only one branch and that it's not even centrally located...). My opinion would have gone unchanged had the follow-up phone call from a customer service rep been more professional and pleasant. She was completely disinterested and I ended up feeling as though I was inconveniencing her to make her have to call me; she redirected me to the branch multiple times and I finally stopped asking questions when I clued in to the fact that any questions I asked were going to be answered by her directing me into the local branch. In the end, it was that interaction that helped me decide not to pursue the loan with ICCU because I didn't really need the additional bank account.

I have been using them for 3 months. I am very pleased with their services. They are friendly. The atmosphere is just amazing. It is better than other banks I have used in the past.
