Auto Service
The plug on the oil pan was not replaced correctly and we lost a considerable amount of oil. When the car was taken to the dealership they repeated the oil change and did not charge for their service only for the oil used. When notified of the problem the manager at Grease Monkey replied that they would be happy to do another oil change and be sure not to make the same mistake. We insisted on a refund and after some conversation they did refund our money. I will not go there again for an oil change.
