As I provided more and more documentation for my previous year's return, the associate said he wanted to verify my figures against the program he was using. He stated that if my numbers were correct, there would be no charge. Mine were correct. In the process of the review he found an investment income had been double entered, and a sale had been omitted. He offered to refile for me and estimated that would cost a couple of hundred dollars. I asked some questions of my financial advisor, who helped my interpret my statements, and then refiled myself.
