Trouble shot the system, could have been a half a dozen things, wanted to try a part that was not on the truck, said he had a meeting to go to, and would return the next day to try it. Anyhoo.... never came back or called. My wife was upset at me for not calling them back, but I think that Culligan was upset when I asked if I could buy some of these parts from the hardware store. They want you to buy all the parts from them I guess? which makes sense. Would they have returned, I would have more positive response, but I just don't like to complain to much, feel like I'm going to get people in trouble...lol. Moral of my story, just let them keep replacing parts til it's working, but thats not me.
thanks.
I called in early September when my unit began leaking under the sink. They were booked for about 2 weeks at that point, so I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for later in the month. (Happily I figured out how to stop the leak on my own.) I then had to reschedule for a few days later and their office accommodated the change smoothly. Then the morning of the rescheduled appointment, the technician called to reschedule the appointment again for later in the day. My work schedule wouldn't permit taking off most of the day, so we rescheduled for yet another day. The technician arrived about 45 minutes into the 2-hour window that we'd set. He was friendly, completed the work quickly, and offered several useful suggestions to improve the life of the unit and reduce my need for service calls. I hope that his suggestions work because scheduling was quite a challenge!
