These people took the business over last summer. They do not put compose on every application like the original company did and sometimes they over spray some spots. 

The price is reasonable given their service and their quality of their lawn treatment. I am very happy with them and my lawn has never looked so good! My grass is healthy and is growing well; I didn't even have to pull weeds this year. Their treatment completely made that chore completely unnecessary. They try to do everthing as natural as possible. I was really surprised and very happy.

The lawn amendments appeared to have been put on unevenly, judging by the way bits of lawn greened up and other bits didn't. I think they may have used some substandard amendments, as this year (2013) I had far more weeds than last year, the year they provided service. When I used an organic lawn care company in another state, the weeds were gone after one year; they certainly weren't worse.
This spring I called them a few times; they didn't get back to me for about 8 weeks. When they called back, they called just as I was leaving the house and couldn't speak. We set up an appointment time for them to call back, but they never bothered to.
Neither the lawn care nor the customer service were satisfactory.

After seventeen years of trying numerous lawn care companies and spending large amounts of cash - only to have the worse looking lawn in the neighborhood - I finally found a great company who knows their business. I particularly like the fact that they don't use toxic chemicals that are harmful to animals and humans - thus the name - Biologic . They provide great customer service ( Ashley and Jordon) - very professional, personable and willing to accommodate individual needs. They will create an individualized package and pay plan that works for you. What makes their service different is they actually inspect your lawn throughout the season - all in addition to the regular applications - if they see a weed or dandelion that has escaped their regular spraying they stop and take care of it on the spot. If the lawn isn't responding to the high standard they set you will receive a call and a new action plan.

They did a great job and improved the appearance and health of our lawn dramatically. Professional, responsive, and good at communicating with customers to insure optimal results. They even called back to check on our satisfaction with the job. Very happy with our experience with this company

In the past I have had yellow areas in my lawn. It may have been partially due to watering issues. This year, rather than my usual chemical applications, I tried Bio-Logic. I must also say that I changed irrigation companies and the watering was more uniform. The result was a greener lawn and a bit less water usage total. The humus is a bit messy - looks like a layer of peat moss on the lawn - but it works in after a while. It is important to mow using a mulching mower rather than catching the clippings for several times after application. Otherwise you will just catch the humus as it blows around. The weed killer is a question for me. I had weeds along the edges of the lawn. I also could not use insect control according to the company rep as it would counteract the natural organic applications. The final application was thicker and the people applying were a bit less careful, so there was some clean up on my part. Also, I never knew when they were coming, so the lawn was at various stages of growth and the watering cycle needed to be adjusted to accommodate them.
I believe I will alternate years with this company and my other, traditional applications. That will keep the weeds and insects under control.

Working with Bio-logic soil builders has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the first time I picked up the phone until recently they have always been there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Every one them know the product that they sell very well.
Ashley was always so patient and understanding when things took longer then expected. Ashley also took the time to get to know me and every time I called she knew me by name and always asked how things were going. She even picked up the phone well after business hours to help me with a problem.
I felt like they actually cared, and that I was just not another client. I can't tell them enough how beautiful my yard is and how wonderful my experience was with each one of them. Thank you so Much.

They are really great. They have a good price and a good product. I like them better that True Green because they don't use the chemicals. They use the compost which is all natural. It worked. Our lawn turned greener and it saved us on water. It was a noticeable difference. I like that they are all natural and that they are a green company that doesn't use chemicals. They had really good customer service and you don't have the harshness of the chemicals on the water table and on the planet.
