Description of Work: We had pretty good service from Big Dog. We only purchased the smallest internet package so the internet was slow from time to time. The biggest complaint that I have/had is their billing. I always try to over pay so that if I have a month with too many bills I can skip a payment because I have a credit. I never knew how much of a credit I had with Big Dog because the bills only showed payment collected. When we discontinued our service we should have been reimbursed some money, but it's been almost two years and we still haven't seen a reimbursement check--even though we did contact them about this issue.
