I called Ron's cell phone which was provided to me, I left a message regarding the work I needed completed and told him it was not ergent. In about an hour I received a call, I explained in detail the work to be done and he stated it is an hour job and his minimum hourly charge is $80. I asked how soon he could come, he said he would be free after lunch and suggest 1 or 2pm. I told him 1pm would be good, he showed up at my house at 1:05PM.
Ron was very professional and completed the job is just under an hour. Due to the differences in shape between the old fixture and the new fixture, he had to make modifications to the carpet and flooring, he completed these tasks perfectly and left the site in very good shape. No clean up was required. Ron is honest, very professional and very knowledgable regarding the work he performed. He is now my new permanent plumber. He is highly recommended.
