I've never been more disheartened, dissapointed, and disgusted in my life than when dealing with Western Roofing. They are big talk and smooth promises and in the end they don't care the tiniest about you or about getting the job done right. 8 families (condo owners) had water damage afflict them during the roof replacement. Several of those required extensive or complete interior renovations. The replacement rendered the existing drain system useless and caused water to pour off the buildings every which way resulting in sheets of ice everywhere, gates frozen shut, mailboxes sopping wet, garages flooding, and way way more water damage/issues than ever existed before the roof replacement. They have now indicated they are unwilling to resolve these problems. We have many elderly or retired couples living here and their standard of living has gone down drmatically. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. Brian Clark and Ken Kerley were the main people in charge of the job.

Very overpriced, low quality, rude and dishonest is what Western Roofing is. Rob Drinkard, the owner, cussed us out and made racial slurs against my boyfriend. Western Roofing charges more than 2x what other roofers quoted us and does only 1/10th the quality what other roofers would've. With Western Roofing and Rob Drinkard we've had nothing but problems. Leaks from the first rainfall, improperly applied membrane, missing membrane, shingles installed backwards and being treated badly by Rob Drinkard to top it off. No doubt had we gone with a different roofer we would've been happy and had no problems. Western Roofing sucks. They are crooks, con artists and racist bigots.

Wonderful experience. They started at 0 Chris did a great job of helping us with the ins and outs of the project. Very easy to work with and the crew was very professional. Would use again For any roofing project, I needed done.

The roofing crew took pride in their work and took the time to do a thorough clean-up. After the job was done, we received a final walk through to ensure we were satisfied. Western Roofing was the easiest company to work with. They were all so helpful in the process of getting our roof replaced. And everyone we have an encounter with there was very respectful. My neighbors are so impressed with everyone they encountered while replacing our roof and the quality of the work done that they to are getting their roofs done. Itâ s not just a business they are all apart of our friends and family circle because of the impressions they left with us, and the quality of work that was done Iâ m 100% confident my roof will last a lifetime. Western was the middle of three bids, more towards the high end initially but closer to the middle without the extended warranty. There was no "hard sell" on the extended warranty, which was greatly appreciated.. Crew was polite and congenial. The cleanup was better than I have seen from some other roofing contractors. There were a couple of minor problems with the initial work but it was corrected quickly after contacting Steve S.

Western Roofing did a great job with the snow removal of our cabin. They are very professional, reliable, and got the job done in a very timely manner! Very honest and good people!

Professional, attentive service from start to finish on my home roof replacement. On their schedule quickly, crew was at work by 7am both days, did thorough cleanup both days and were verbally appreciative of choosing their company. Primary contact, Steve, stopped by often to inspect the work and update me on the progress. Western Roofing was also the best value of 3 identical roof systems (GAF). Overall, very satisfied with the job.

I worked with three different roofing companies to get bids on our re-roofing project and ultimately chose Steve with Western Roofing. We were very pleased with with his customer service and personal attention to detail. The crew that completed the job were both professional and polite. They were efficient and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and also cleaned everything up before they left. Peter, the lead crew member, gave us updates and was knoweldgeable with our questions and great to work with.

Steve has always been my point of contact. He is personal, prompt, always answers my calls and returns the information promptly. I have used Western for 2 of my clients jobs. Always a pleasure!

Steve and crew are excellent and great customer service. Christina in the office is competent and a gem. Their pricing is very comparable to other bids, excellent pricing for the amount and quality of the work I received. Very respectful of my property while doing the work. Great followup ensuring all my expectations were met. They were able to strip down two roofs that were on my home and new roof was put on within two day. Also, they included a transferable warranty through a very solid insurance company. I strongly recommend as Robert, Steve and Christina and all his crew are true professionals.
