Wade was great to start with, but ended up not finishing projects. We paid him over $50,000 to build and install custom cabinets. They looked lovely when he was done, but when we brought the stove in, we discovered nthat he had built the cabinets an inch too short, causing the stove to stick up over an inch. He made two appointments to come discuss the best way to fix them. He did not show up for either of the, he deleted our text conversations and showed up on the applied day before we arrived. Instead of having a conversation with me, he cut four 4â square holes in the new tile floor and set the stove in the holes. Now it only sticks up 1/2â , but ten drawer drags on the floor when you put anything in it. They also removed the insulation from the dishwasher so it would nfit in the hole, which makes it very noisy. We were unable to get the disposal back under the sink because they wasnâ t enough clearance. He installed the breadboard with a light colored extension sticking it instead of putting n a handle that matched the cabinets and refused to fix it. He also put in a cheap shelving unit into the pantry cupboard and did not finish the interior. The cabinets were left full of dust and dirt when he was finished, without cleaning them out. I have since learned that I could have had the same cab made for half the price. We also hired him to install our new doors. When the fittings didnâ t fit the doors, we went and purchased some and took them to him so they could install the doors properly. He said he took the arts to our home, but didnâ t use them because he ran out of time and that he would leave them on the counter fr my husband to install, even though he was paid to do it. He didnâ t leave them there and has not returned our inquiries regarding them. Cost us over eighty dollars for those and two hours of our time to get them. Wade talks frequently about his religion, but it appears to be a facade as he cheats you, doesnâ t complete the work he does and will not stand by his work. He also did insulate out garage and Sheetrock it. The quality of that work was good, but very expensive for what was done. Hire him at your peril!

Revive were RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and GREEDY to us. Tim and Clayton aggressively tried to sell us more and more renovations.

We hired Wade and his team to renovate our guest bathroom. We soon discovered he could do so much more. As a result, Wade spent the next 9 months with us managing our entire renovation. He worked well with the other craftsman I already had hired. He brought in reliable contractors when needed and managed our project flawlessly. He is reliable, trustworthy, kind and fair. Excellent craftsmanship. They do an excellent job and clean up their mess every day. I have used other contractors that only want to get in and get out as fast as they can. Cody and Wade make sure everything is to the customers expectations. If you hire someone else for your kitchen/bathroom remodeling you may be sorry.
