Went well. In fact, we didn't need a part. The representative made a simple adjustment and we were good to go. Very professional and helpful.

The repair went well and was done quickly and cleanly. The towel used was left in the refrigerator when the technician (Nate) left. The base cost of the repair was as stated when the appointment was made of $75.00. But...when the technician told me the cost he stated that they asked for at tip of $30.00, I said I had not heard of that, but he persisted and ask for it in cash. I stated I was paying by credit card and he said it could be added to the card as a tip. At this point he stopped cleaning up his tools and laptop and waited for me to respond. I said I did not think I had cash and he again stated it could be put on the card. He was very determined that I would give him a 'tip' of $30.00 as if it was required. I, being a petite female, felt trapped because it was very clear by his non-action that he was not leaving without it, either cash or on a credit card. I retrieved cash and paid the $75.00 with a card just wanting to get him out of my home as quickly as possible. The next day I called to office to explain my situation and when I asked if it was customary to tip a service technician, a women supervisor stated that it was up to me. I stated I had never heard of this practice before as well as my feelings of being taken advantage of and used and intimidated to pay the extra. She told me that this technician (Nate) did not usually behave that way but that she would bring this to a supervisor attention and it would be discussed with the technician. She only offered a brief apology and not once did she ask what the company could do to make this right, in fact she seemed rushed to get of the telephone, I even heard a sigh from her, which in when I thanked her for her time and ended the call. I will not recommend them nor will I use them again.

The provider responded in a timely manner. The technician quickly determined the source of the leak. When he called the supplier to order the replacement part, there was considerable confusion about which part was being ordered. I had already looked up the part name and number on-line and was able to show the technician on my computer. He then gave the correct information to the supplier. It took a week for the part to arrive; the technician then installed it quickly and checked for leaks. The work was completed satisfactorily and at a fair price. I would use this provider's services again and recommend them.

Water dispenser in refrigerator wouldn't work. Had first service call in Dec after Christmas. Replaced water bladder. Second call on same issue came out checked everything, and still no water dispensed. Third call the owner came out and investigated. Found that evaporator was frozen over, it was de-thawed. He suggested that the evaporator and fan need to be replaced. A fourth appt was made to replace the evaporator. A technician showed up and looked at parts and said he was not certified to install closed systems. A fifth appt was made on Feb 1st to have the evaporator and fan replaced. The water dispensing was fixed but now the refrigerator was making loud popping noises multiple times during the day, this noise was not present before the service. I called the owner and expressed my displeasure with the length of time to fix the problem and the dissatisfaction with the noises. He agreed to come out and investigate the problem. This is the sixth visit! He investigated the problem, let out some refrigerant, he said that some sounds are natural because of expansion and contraction. I told him the sound were not present before the repair and they were very loud! I had the work done the refrigerator because it was less than a new model. However, I wish I would of saved the repair cost and put it towards a new model because the noises are constant and loud. I will not waste any more of my time or energy on trying to resolve this problem. I had used this company on repairs of my dishwasher and oven previously and was happy. However, I will not be using their services again. I was fair and patient, but my time and money is valuable!

He did an excellent job. I think the price was less than $30; it was not a serious problem. He was on time, and he always put protectors on before he came into the house. He was very professional, and his price was inexpensive. He also had the parts with him. I called them and they came out really quick.

I was pleased with how quickly Zack was able to come look at these appliances, but even more impressed with the amount of time he took. I never felt he was in a hurry to get to some other job, rather that my problem was the most important in the world. He took time to explain the problem and show me in detail what was going wrong. He wore booties in the house (thank you!), detailed all the options and prices, and then took explained how I might avoid forcing leaks from the dishwasher by loading it differently and using a lower-sudsing soap. Very attentive, prompt, and helpful.

They did a really good job. They were patience and they finally fixed the problem. It wasn't their fault that it took so long to get fixed. I would call them again if I had a problem.
