They did a good job.

I chose Qualitree over another very competitive bid because of a history of good experiences. This experience was terrible. First they arrived before I was home, came in my back yard, and started work although I had told them not to start before I got there. I later found cigarette butts on the lawn. They did not do what was specified in the bid; he said I was misinterpreting details in the written bid. He said other companies, even the ones who had given written bids to the contrary, would not have done it either. He came across as argumentative, arrogant, and condescending. Customer service was definitely lacking. I do not intend to use this company for future work nor refer them to others.

Company did not bring the correct equipment to complete the job. I have called the company and they refuse to finish job. The owner Jon Wakelam would never return the call. I contacted them for over 4 months and they will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they took my money for a job that is still not complete now 7 months after payment. I think if you take money for a service that you do not complete it's called FRAUD.

We called for a free estimate. He gave us a quote and advised as to what needed done for the good of the tree. We received a good education on the proposal and why he would not recommend topping the tree as many do. The result is outstanding and a pleasure to look at even without the tree being leafed out yet. He left the clean up for me to do, but did a nice job of cleaning the ditch bank which was not requested. He would have done the clean up for an additional fee. The company is licensed and insured for this type of work which I was looking for.

They didn't haul it away, that was left for me. They came out and gave me an estimate, did the work they described, we didn't have any damage, we got the bill promptly, and the method of payment was good. We had to wait several weeks before they came out and did the trimming. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

The men arrived with the truck and found that the access the neighbor had provided was not enough to accommodate the truck. They tried every conceivable way to make it work but ended up having to return three days later when the neighbor had cleared more space.
