Seth and his design and production team handled a difficult project involving a large retaining wall and steps. They took care of everything from design, engineering, permit, and finishing. The job was done professionally and they kept in regular communication to notify me of progress and any issues that would come up. They were all amazing. They made this job easy for me, and the steps, wall, and patio are beautiful! Such an improvement. They added tremendous value to the house and our lives. We love New Life Landscape!

Carlos and his team are top notch! They installed my moms sprinklers, do my blowouts annually and I have seen their work at friends houses. They have integrity which is rare these days.

We can only say positives things about our experience with New Life landscaping. From the beginning when we contacted their office they were very pleasant and responded to our needs quickly and efficiently. They came out and gave us a bid within seven days. We were waiting for other bids and during that time New Life contacted us via text asking how we were doing with our decision. Their follow-through was exceptional. I knew they were very busy but yet they made us feel like they wanted to do our work. Once they began their work they were efficient they were always here at least 15 minutes before they said they would be. They started and finished the job there was not a day they were not here until the job was done. We found them very helpful in helping us design our patio by offering suggestions and ideas. You could tell Carlos and all his workers were very seasoned and had a talent beyond our expectations. In addition to their talent and precision work they came every day with a positive attitude. Any questions we had were welcome and answered efficiently. We will really miss having them they brought a lot of joy to our day. I can only say if you choose someone else you may be making a big mistake they are over the top wonderful

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Carlos and his crew are SECOND TO NONE. From the bidding, to the creativity, the workmanship, their timeliness, and having to beg them to take longer than a seven-second lunch break, you will LOVE working with them! We had an extensive project -- concrete demo, pavers, outdoor kitchen design and install, trees, burms, above ground spa, boulders...and every step of the way, Carlos took our ideas and added his creativity and expertise to make it even more amazing. He knows his stuff, and he has hired a crew of perfectionists that are as awesome personally as they are professionally. At one point they were making cuts in pavers that were not even going to show and my husband joked with them that they could just rush that part... Sean (the one making those cuts) turned and said, --Nope! I have to be able to sleep at night-- That quote really demonstrates the attitude and work ethic of the entire crew. I just cannot recommend Carlos and his guys highly enough! Carlos will give you a bid that is honest and fair, and then blow your mind with the final product. Working with New Life Landscape was an absolute joy and pleasure from start to finish and I will NEVER call anyone else. Not ever!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Carlos and his crew. I am having both my front and back yard remodeled, it's a huge project. Problems with water drainage are major issues. Carlos has been very informative and professional tackling every obstacle. Even though they are having to move large amounts of soil, gravel, sand and stone they clean up completely by the end of each day. They work very hard and are profectionists. Their work is amazing, transforming my property into a work of art. They have exceeded my expectations in every way!!!

They were great to work with up to and through the project. The finished product looks great and we are very satisfied with the work they did. We have a small yard but they were able to rip everything out and lay new sod/mulch very quickly!

They were great at keeping in touch. Very professional. They were able to provide an estimate right away, and completed the project the next week. Included removing all grass, grading the back yard, installing sprinklers, sod and bark. Very happy with the job.

Carlos and his crew were awesome! We recently built our new home on an acre lot. With so much land to landscape and not wanting to break the bank we needed all the help and direction we could get. Carlos's calm, professional and mindful demeanor brought it all together within our budget. Carlos was generous with his time in the planning stage. His custom computer design process with 3D viewing was really helpful in the decision making. I was really impressed with Carlos's crew who were friendly, worked diligently and kept the on going project clean every day. They washed down the back patio and sidewalks every night before they left. We had such a good experience we couldn't help ourselves but to call Carlos back for additional projects such as our great fire pit, paver surround patio and yard lighting! New Life Landscape is a top notch Treasure Valley company owned by Carlos. He was very patient with us even though we changed our mind three times before deciding on one. He patiently created each design on his computer so we had a 3D visual and priced out each option to fit our budget. He designed a patio created with pavers as well as designed a water feature and gas fire pit that we love. He's able to create anything you'd like and provides great advise. His team he has is very professional, friendly, and hard working. We love our backyard he's created and look forward to having the rest of our yard completed soon. Carlos worked with us to come up with a design that we were very happy with. He was there to answer any questions and make suggestion throughout the project. Everything went according to plan. The crew was hardworking and knew what their job was and executed it well. All very professional. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the landscaping done by Carlos and his crew at New Life Landscape. We contacted him based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Carlos came to our new home with a blank slate in the front and back yards, and took our limited ideas and expanded them into plans that would work with our "vision". He is very knowledgeable and professional, but approachable, and not at all pushy with suggestions. He returned all calls and texts promptly. We went to see his own yard (lovely) and went with him to the nursery to pick out plants and rock. His crew worked hard and finished the project in the allotted time. Carlos even returned 3 weeks later to make sure everything was in working order and to answer our many questions on how to make sure things stayed looking good---and alive! I hardly ever write ratings, but New Life Landscape deserves it. While other landscapers made our landscape bidding complicated or never responded, Carlos took our landscape drawings, understood where we were going, made quality suggestions, measured, and produced a bid. Carlos, Alex, and the New Life Crew showed up when scheduled and completed our work beyond our expectations!! Our yard is so classy and unique, but not overdone compared to our neighbors. We get amazing comments daily from our neighbors since our yard backs to a green belt. The New Life Crew took a dirt backyard and solved multiple drainage issues, laid concrete extending patio and adding a hot tub pad (so good it looks original), installed sprinklers and drip, constructed gorgeous natural raised perennial beds, installed sod, trees, & perennials, laid decomposed granite seating and side yard areas, built classy screening fences(Carlos's sweet wife stained to perfection), constructed a gravel wash station, and the best raised garden ever using galvanized stock tanks. Because of New Life, I didn't even have to miss a growing season!! If you want someone with the know how, right equipment, wonderful personalities, and amazing follow through, then you need to call Carlos at New Life Landscape!!!!

They did a wonderful job! They came on time on the day scheduled and did all the work exactly as promised. I am very happy with the results.

He and his crew did thelandscaping, installed the sprinkler system, lighting for the trees and the water feature. From a raw empty lot he created a lovely scene and we have had many excellent comments on his workmanship. We would recommend him for any yard job.
