I have called these people out three times and the first time, they did the great job and honored their quoted price but this would be the last time that either would happen. The next time, they came out (2 hours after their promised 4 hour window) to give me an estimate to do a big job for me. After the fact; I told the techs that I had a couple of other bids and I would be in touch. They came back with their estimate and handed me an invoice for $80. When I asked what the “f” this was for, one of the techs looked at the other and said “not this again”. Apparently, it’s fun practice for crap companies to show up with bills despite the dispatcher never mentioning it. When I got p*****, they could not apologize enough but still refused to give my money back. This time, I had no choice but to call them back as the ceiling fan they installed was falling apart and showing all the electrical cords, when I called, they used their fun California crap company 4-hour window again. I made it very clear that I was only able to be here from 1-5 which they promised would be great. Can you guess what happened next? At 5:40 they called laughing and said that their tech was ready to come over. No updates throughout the date. Just a couple so corrupted by their own success that in their mind, they are always right. Now though, you can see a number of things- 1. They will gladly slide in hidden charges 2. They have zero respect for your time as only theirs matters. 3. When it comes to fixing their own issues, they care even less about making you a priority. If anyone is curious, I have all of this documented as I’m sure that they are going to have some marketing person create all kinds of bs excuses or reasons that it’s everyone’s else’s fault.

The responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up an appointment right away. Jake, the plumber who did our work was terrific. He was friendly, professional, quick and did good work. Magic's quote was about 25% lower (including parts and labor) than the other quotes I got on the job from two other plumbers. I'll definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue I need to deal with.

They are very professional and they came in and they did the job. They are reasonably price and they did an excellent job.

It went well. They showed up on time and the prices were exactly what were negotiated. I got a veteran's discount purchasing them through Lowe's which he recommended. They were very professional and the quality of work was very good.
