Good job! Quick and professional.

I hired Knox roofing company to replace my carport roof that was leaking. So they put a new roof on for me and I thought everything was fine. Well it was still leaking when we had the heavy rain. So I called them up and they came out and repaired it and said everything was fine. Well the next rain storm we had it was still leaking in the same place. I called them up and they came out. They did something up there and said it was all fixed. Guess what? The next rain storm still leaking exactly the same place. I recommend everybody look for a different company than Knox construction. At least don't let him do your roof! They still have not came back or contacted me about the leak. I have videos of it and everything. Apparently They think if they wait long enough the warranty will be over. And they're right in thinking that. Good luck in finding someone to fix your roof because they did not fix mine.

We have an older cottage with unique features. Though the owner assured they would be able to work with these, most were damaged and not repaired. They ruined an expensive sliding double paned window, breaking the seal, badly dented a section of our gutter helmet, left 2 handfuls of nails and debris on the ground. I had to remind them to do install trim they promised they would. The workers seemed nice, but every other word out of their mouths were swear words and their music played was deafening. For the price ( we got several estimates this one was middle), we expected better. There work has cost us several hundreds dollars to repair.

Did not do the work I was told they would do. Called and emailed no response. I would not use this company. I thought I was getting a good deal for the work I was told they would do but paid to much for what work they did.

They were very prompt getting us scheduled. They were very courteous, and got the whole job done efficiently and we were very impressed. They briefed us on exactly what the best repair method would be and even double checked the integrity of the entire roof, even though the job was a small section repair. I can’t say enough good things about the customer care and courtesy. Highly recommend this company!
