The job started off by being delayed a week because Paxton stated he and his two guys were tired. Once they did start, it only got worse. We provided a list of trees to Paxton, and he only got 1 variety out of the multiple varieties from the list. The sod they installed has gaps and is dying from their poor sprinkler coverage. He has been back to replace the sod and adjusted some sprinkles, but the sod died again because he should have added additional coverage. If you are looking for a company that just throws stuff together, then this is the company. If you want a project professionally dine, then use a different company.

These guys were worth every cent. They made quick work of replacing a troublesome filter system that 3 other local companies had bailed on. They even showed up on a Saturday to save my drying lawn. Very friendly, and very professional.

Came out reasonably quickly but determined that I needed to call the city to have the isolation valve turned off before repairs could be made. Got that done and Paxton came back within a day or two to install the new part. Wasn’t able to get a brass shut-off valve so got a PVC-based valve. While installing that, the filter segment cracked so had to replace that, but he didn’t have the necessary part. Took a few more days for our schedules to match so he could install the new filter segment as well. That went quickly and then he tested my sprinkler system to make sure everything worked. Wound up needing to replace 5 nonfunctional sprinkler heads and retesting, which he did as a thunderstorm moved in. Everything works great now. Cost was reasonable in my opinion to replace the shut-off valve, filter segment, and 5 sprinkler heads.

Very great to work with. Knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. They were really fast in getting a fair quote back and scheduling the work. We wanted sprinklers and a fence installed. They started work just a few days after we accepted the quote and had a new fence and underground sprinklers installed in two days. I will definitely work with them again on future landscape projects.

Had them do the all the landscaping, fencing and curbing for 3 duplexes in Caldwell. Paxton provided a very competitive estimate, their crews showed were on the project when as scheduled and got after the work diligently. I was not in Caldwell during this time but Paxton provided updates and photos as the project progressed. This is a great company with a real work ethic, I wouldn't use anyone else and can't recommend them enough.

I hired Paxton three times to do two sprinkler repairs and a winter blowout. First two times he was great. The third time, however, was definitely NOT the charm. He told me on the phone that he would be out to my place later that day (Wednesday) to finish a sprinkler repair I had discussed with him the previous Thursday. He also said told me on the phone that he would call me before coming out. Not only did he not call me - he never showed at all. I called him twice on Thursday and left two messages on his answering machine asking him to please let me know what was going on. It is now Friday, and he never replied to either message. Guess I will have some other company do the job.

Paxton was so accommodating by coming out after I got off work to get my sprinklers up and running. Not only did he fix a few broken heads, he flushed a few out which greatly impacted their reach. He was very knowledgeable about a wide range of sprinkler related issues and identified some firer projects that will need to be done in order to get my system working at peak performance. I will be having Paxton back to assist me with all of my sprinkler system needs. Thanks Idaho Sprinklers!!!

Paxton came the same day I called them to fix my broken sprinkler valve. He fixed it quickly, then he checked my whole sprinkler system to make sure everything was running properly. Will use this company again in a heartbeat!
