I explained the problem and need thoroughly before he came. He came, looked at the problem and said he could not do anything then charged 75.00 dollars. He had to know he could not fix the problem before he came.

"I am sorry your not completely satisfied with our service. The make and model of your recliner does not allow adjustments to make the recliner easier to use. We were given the explanation that the handle is not working. It was determined that the handle is working properly and that it is hard to open because the person operating the chair lacks the strength needed to work the manual recliner. We did suggest that a power recliner may be better suited for your circumstances."

HE repaired a used electric chair that had broken and explained what could break again and if it would be recommend to fix it or just to replace it. This was a chair that would take at least $1500,00 to replace so it was important to me if it could be repaired.

Dylan was so nice and accommodating. His expertise in furniture repair was unsurpassed. He not only repaired our recliner, but he made sure that my husband was comfortable in it. He explained why he was doing what he was doing which was very helpful in understanding why our two-year old recliner already needed re-stuffing. We highly recommend Dylan. Super nice guy!
