Excel Roofing & Inspections

Great guys, its been a few years and the roof still looks awesome. Tyler did a great job of walking us thru the process. I have and will continue to refer him and his company to my friends.

Excel Roofing Inspection and especially Tyler did a wonderful job working on my house. It started with a thorough and efficient inspection of my roof, but also including repairing and rebuilding soffits and fascia and installing new gutters. With the exception of a few issues that where revealed when the job started, the cost were in line with the quote I received. The work went quickly, but more importantly, I was impressed by the craftsmanship demonstrated by Arsenio. In summary, I was so glad that I hired Tyler to do this job, and I am very pleased with these improvements to my house.

I was having issues with a new roof that had just been installed by another company. When I called Excel for their inspection services, Tyler came right over and inspected the install. He was extremely thorough. He explained what a typical roof install entails and identified issues with this particular install. I was able to speak with the initial installer about the concerns, and the roof was removed and re-installed. I am forever indebted to Excel for helping me understand what was normal and what isn't. Thank you Excel and Tyler :)

Good...old roof was installed wrong and had leaks all over...products used for new roof will last 40 yrs plus and roof looks updated and in this decade

Tyler was personable and efficient from the start. He walked me through an insurance claim, doing most of the work himself and keeping me on track. He had my roof done in record time with minimal cost to me.

we have a really big roof, and some really high pitches. They did a great job fighting past all of the challenges. Very respectful of our space and privacy also. Very careful to avoid damaging sprinklers and such with the trucks. Tyler was excellent at helping us choose a good color blend for our home since our roof color of black was dark and overwhelming we choose a great redbrick style that brought out our home from the old dark roof. They did a great job working with our insurance company so that it was smooth and painless dealing with insurance, a HUGE plus. Cost was perfect.

The quality was excellent and the crew was efficient. The owner was in contact with us the entire time to make sure that we were pleased with the work being done - we were and still are.

It was such a great experience.  Tyler was beyond excellent.  He was so helpful.  He didn't cut corners and was straight up with us from the get go.  We had to deal with an insurance claim and really Tyler did all of the work.  He came when the adjuster came so he could go over the roof with them which was amazing.  I had never heard of a roofer doing that so that was definitely beyond what he needed to do.  He helped to get our roof covered by insurance and had us scheduled and done in no time.  He even was able to do it earlier then expected which was great because we were in the process of selling our house and needed it done quick!  It looked amazing after too!!
