Great! (10/10) The people at Edge were kind and efficient, did a quick but great job, and were very transparent in the entire process. The service was, from start to finish, done in less than an hour. They used pet, kid, and environmentally friendly chemicals. They were very detailed in their explanation of what they were doing and took the extra time to come and listen to where we wanted things taken care of. They didn’t cut any corners or explain anything too complicated for us to understand. They also handled the COVID-19 pandemic well. Offering an option for contactless service is a critical thing in this crazy time, especially when an exposure to this crazy virus could mean not working for a while (for both groups of people). Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service, the kind of service offered, and the pricing model. Plus, free touch ups when bugs are found is a MUST and they do have this option! Also, Kevin is the best! Kudos to him and all the work he does to my grandmother and my mother.

I have been using Edge for years. When I call in the waits are long to speak to someone. Previously they were wonderful! This year they have been out many times trying to get rid of the spiders. We clean off the webs and they are back the next day. They try to sell you mosquito service EVERY time they talk to you and claim it will help with spiders. Why would I buy that service when they aren't controlling the spiders I already pay them to get rid of? Also, we had an agreement that they would take the money from my account after the first of the month. I have to call them EVERY time for that to happen. I am counting down to when I can terminate them and get someone else.

Luis did an awesome job! He was very professional and courteous. When he called to let us know he was 30-45 minutes from getting to our house, my wife asked if he could do an indoor spraying (since we usually don’t) and he said no problem. Showed up on time, wore his mask the whole time, and he wore shoe covers which I thought was a nice touch that not every contractor does. Offered him a canned soda which he politely declined. He quickly but thoroughly sprayed and then finished the outside work. My 3 year old was thankful the “bug man” came to take care of the bugs. Edge has been good for us. We definitely have less bees and any time we notice a nest we give a call and they come out next day to take care of it.

Good. Thought inside would also be done,but was told since all was done recently that they were just doing the outside this time to prevent summer pest control problems. However, if I notice indoor pest problems to call and they would return. When signing up for the service I thought it would be done on a quartley bases. Price seems high if they come more often. Very professional and nice young men you employ!
