After going through our records from 2012, your experience was much the same with the initial installer as ours, which was not good. We actually filed a police report against that installer, and to say the least, he no longer is contracted by Dillabaugh's. Also since your install, we've hired an installation manager to help alleviate the pain of installs that don't go as planned. I know this does nothing for your experience, and for that we apologize. We hope that your current renovation is going much smoother than your previous experience with Dillabaugh's, [member name removed], as we know the pain and turmoil that a bad installation can cause. The installers were courteous and paid attention to detail. They were running a bit behind schedule due to an issue picking up materials, but called us multiple times to apologize for the delay and update us on when they would arrive. They did a good job with a tricky install area.
James followed up with us after the installers were finished to make sure everything met our expectations. I would definitely recommend using them again!
