They have been excellent, they explain everything to you before doing any repairs, and are very professional. I have never had any problems with their work. They have the single best service provider person named Gary whom I trust completely. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We purchased a used car which we were assured had been thoroughly inspected.
After driving it for two weeks, the AC started to blow warm air.  I contacted my salesperson and told him what happened.
He rudely asked me what I expected him to do since we did not purchase the warranty.
I explained that I certainly knew that they weren't responsible, but I would like to see if they could take a look and offer an explanation as to what happened.  Then perhaps we could discuss some sort of resolution.
I brought car into the dealer's mechanic.  They told me that it looked like I had run over a rock and put a hole in the AC's compressor.  Cost to repair was $800.
I elected to wait and repair the AC at a later time.
Fast forward to Spring 2014....
I took auto into my local mechanic.  They did an inspection and ran dye through the AC.  They could not find a hole! The car had simply run out of refrigerant.
Imagine that....
I paid the mechanic to refill and car has been cool and comfy for the last 3 months...and it has been brutally hot here lately.  
I am pretty sure that holes in AC compressors don't heal after a year and a half.
Something is suspect about taking your car (that you just bought from them) to the mechanic and being lied to in order to not own up to the mistake you made in selling a car that was obviously almost out of refrigerant, and then covering it up and asking me to pay for a repair that isn't needed.  I know that they were recently bought by Corwin Ford.  I hope that there is some new processes in place and those that lie to make a sale don't work there anymore.  However I still get sales emails from the person who sold me the vehicle so I suspect it is just more of the same there.

While service itself is excellent, they refuse to add additional oil change bays to keep up with demand. I called various times and was told there was a 2 hour wait for an oil change! Two years ago, the manager showed me plans for building additional oil change bays. That has not happened yet. Also, they are not open from 12-1. Seriously? That's ridiculous. They have poor hours.

The service was fast and professional. They did an overall exceptional job and I will never go back to a "jiffy lube" service again. The service people were extremely professional and the office people were not only helpful but very pleasant. You can't get better service elsewhere.
I recently had to buy parts for my Ford Explorer and the Parts desk people were extremely helpful in locating the exact parts I needed and making sure that they worked well. The price of the parts were accurate with published pricing. They even saved me $10 on the last part I needed. Most dealers don't treat DIYer's well, but Dan Wiebold Ford does!!

Both times both events were excellent! Service was quick and professionally done and left with confidence in the quality of work executed. The service adviser even tracked down a recall notice (not critical) to ensure my truck got it applied! Am glad to have Wiebold as my service department of choice!

We had a problem with them and I asked for a refund. They never fixed what they were supposed to. I took it in twice and then I got so frustrated that I asked for my money back. We are not thrilled with them just because we had some issues with their service department and not their sales. Because we don't have anywhere else to go we go to them. We bought 3 automobiles from them in the last 10 years and we bought the life time oil change thing and that is the reason we continue to take it there. We don't have a choice to leave them now. The last vehicle we bought from them had some issues and they never fixed it. It is still on warranty and there was no charge. It's been leaking oil since the day we drove it out of the garage and we brought it in 7-8 times and they told us they fixed it, and gave us a reason why it was leaking every time and it's never fixed. We have given up on it now. It takes an hour and half to make a round trip to them so it requires an entire day and a whole lot of gas. It's just not worth it. They are good about providing a rental car so that we can have some vehicle because I can't just sit there for 2 days while they fix it. The women at the payment desks have been nice but the service manager is not good especially for a dealership so large. We always paid on time and we bought three cars from them, I felt we should have been treated better. Once when we paid one of the cars off they were supposed to change the title credit. If I could find some place better to go we would go. We have had really good luck with the sales people so my husband wants to go there to buy it. We have no problem with the sales but only with the service.
