Since my original encounter with CorePC in Caldwell, things have NOT gone so well. One technician spent over a week without results, so I then waited for the owner Joe to correct the problem, which he did quickly w/o incident. I had requested him in the first place, yet he would rather have his technicians attend to problem calls. I now will wait for Joe ?specifically?... so I thought! I certainly won't take away that he Is very good; however, not at all considerate about responsiveness.
Last week when I needed help ASAP with Outlook not working again, I placed repeated phone calls and email, with zero response... not even a call to apologize for the delay! You know what it's like not being able to 'send or receive' email when you're running a business!!! That's the end of them... there is absolutely no excuse for being inconsiderate. I have since let my friends know NOT to go there, after having originally referred Core. I am also concerned about the new fan they replaced in my computer, now thinking it was refurbished, as during this problem with Outlook, the 'new' fan, began having problems!
That left me looking for someone with sincere professionalism. I contacted a local company, 'Altman Computer Solutions', who were most responsive and knowledgeable? fixed Outlook within 20 minutes! I am fortunate to have found this great company... turns out, I am thankful for the turn of events.
