Was good at first, but not anymore.
Description of Work: Don't waste your money with this company. They offer a really good deal to get you to take there services and then keep raising the price every 6 months, until you get to where we're at right now--paying over $200 for phone, internet and TV service. When we first got their service we had good response whenever we had a problem, but now you have to almost plead with them to come out and find out what your problem is.

The customer service representatives made it sound like as long as payment was made by a certain date it would be ok. So we made payment the morning of the date. We can't help with pay days and such. Well turns out that wasn't the case. So we would have to pay $325 to get our internet service back on. There were times in the past that I had gone online early in the morning to pay my bill and their system wouldn't let me. So when I would go on later my service had been disconnected because of non-payment. Yet if it had let me make payment when I went on the fist time, it would of been ok. Their computer system is totally flawed, and they aren't willing to let your barley started new paying history help. They also have a policy that if you go over your data limit 3 times you HAVE to upgrade to the next price package and then not go over that limit for 90 days. Which I think isn't fair. Not to mention that because you are only paying the increased amount for a short period of time you don't worry about changing your auto payment amount. So you space getting the $40 plus more paid on time. Yet they won't let you go back down to the lower package (not kidding my service has been interrupted three time because I can't really afford the over $100 package, but I can afford the lower one) that you had started a good payment history with auto payment with. Needless to say we are currently shopping for a new internet provider, and encourage anyone else who has cable one to look else where for their internet service.

I hate their price and they limit the amount of band width that you use but I've heard about the everything about the cell is that it's not very good coverage so they're the option in my area. Our cable is $170 a month, we don't even have movie channels that's just for cable, internet and the phone so I could probably get dsl for much cheaper and not have a band width limited. They keep lowering the band width and what happens is they charge us extra if we use more. We have the extended package with Cable One but then they dropped some of the channels that we did have and they're not cutting our price at all. So, I would have to say the value for them is D. We're actually looking in to finding out actually how the dsl works with streaming videos and things like that and getting rid of Cable.

refused their service, working to get television through another provider
Description of Work: called Customer Service because i was having problems with my DVR. i was told to drive to their office (18 miles away) and bring the device in, or, a service guy could come to the house for a fee. when their devices don't work well, i should not be put out more. i pay a lot of money each month to this company, FREE service calls need to be included.
