 + -1 moreThis was a great experience! Since the problem was covered by Brother, the cost was nothing; however, that did not stop CK Technologies from doing a fantastic repair installation. Very pleasant folks, and the ONLY place to take your printer! They also referred me to a perfect computer service! They are located close to Costco, Boise.
