I have hired them to help with a warped door (main entrance door ). Jaiden was the person I dealt with. After initial assessment Jaiden deferred to a ?pro? named Josh for help. After other assessments they gave me 2 options: either change the door panel or adjust the frame set in stucco. They guaranteed the first option would work and the new door would fit perfectly. They ordered and repainted a new door after I gave them 50% deposit only to realize their solution did not work. They also took a big chunk out of the existing door for paint sample. I refused the door and asked for a refund but they are not willing to do anything. The current door is still warped and now chipped, they want to charge me 6 hours for labor, I am out of $$$ and they are no longer responding to texts and emails. They literally had no idea of what they were doing. I would look for a handyman someplace else and I do not trust their abilities.
