"We are sorry to hear about your experience. According to our records the technician who was out on the property did in fact treat the weeds when he fertilized since the weed infestation was so bad. This was done at no cost to you. In the notes he left, he indicated it would take multiple visits for reapplication again at no cost to you, to get all the weeds under control. We did have you schedule at the two week mark, however, with the winds over 10 mph for multiple days in a row, (putting us behind schedule we can not by law spray any liquids at that wind speed). We do our best to work with peoples needs and schedule but can not control mother nature nor are we willing to break State and Federal laws. In regards to the rude person on the phone. After listening to the phone call, it appears as though she was trying to explain all of this and you were unwilling to listen. There comes a point in a call when going a round in circles does nothing but aggravate both parties. Since there was an unwillingness to listen she ended the call. Sent a refund check stated the we had cancelled the account since we could not work out a solution."
