Arbor Safe Professional Tree Management

I ordered a cord of firewood some time in the spring/summer of 2021. I called numerous times for the delivery time and they refused to say exactly when the wood was to be delivered. However, on the last call I was assured it would be within a month. I just received a call on October 9, 2021 stating that they were out of wood and would not be making the delivery. It's too late in the season to find firewood elsewhere so they really left me hanging (strung me along for months). They could have given me the courtesy of a call as soon as they realized they were running low. It appears that they intentionally overbooked their orders to ensure that they would not be left with inventory (and to maximize profits) at the expense of their customers. Is it possible that they looked at the number of orders they had to fill and then looked at the amount of wood they had on hand and really did not realize they were going to run short? Maybe, but doubtful since they are not new at this business. I would not recommend using this company.

Great. the Tree was finished much more quickly than I had thought. Wonderful job cleaning up. they will be back to grind the stump. They do stumps once a month. they cleaned up overhanging branches at my fence which were a hassle every year. Now the backyard looks neat and taken care of. they're very knowledgeable arborists and crew. I definitely recommend this firm.

They keep their word about stuff. If they say they are going to do something then they follow through and do it. At my request, they left some chunks of wood in my yard that we were going to give to some friends. That ended up falling through so I called them and he said if it ends up not working out then we'll come back up and take them for ya and he did because my friends ended up not taking them. He came back and got those chunks. That was pretty cool.
