I'm blown away with this experience. my house was a total mess, newly purchased and had broken doors, holes in walls, missing trim, and was completely filthy.(and so much more) I've worked with many companies before that have put the bar on the ground for expectations, Action Painting has raised that bar. The communication was outstanding. I was regularly updated with a list of things they were working on, a timeline, and the owner stopped by frequently to make sure the project was on track. If something unexpected happened I would be immediately contacted. This was a month long full time workload and every single employee was polite, clean, and respectful of the space. The end result truly blew me away. I would not only hire this company again, I don't think I can ever hire anyone else.

It went very well.  The exterior painting was really excellent.  There are some minor details that I am not to thrilled about.  Overall it still looks good at the end of the day.  Competitive bid. I had a home inspection and the bottom side of my siding needed to be painted. I called them up and they came. After the reinspection it turned out that some but not all of the siding was painted. I am now waiting on them to call me back and schedule time to finish the work. I haven't heard back and it has been a week.

They came out and did a free estimate. They were not the cheapest estimate but they do two coats of paint rather than just one. For me, that was worth the extra cost. AAA has done two other houses on my street and both turned out well. I noticed the professionalism of both of those crews.
They arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame they estimated. The crew was professional and did a very good job. My house looks great!

The actual painters were excellent, the receptionist very accommodating. The estimator was borderline rude and way too much in a rush. If my friend hadn't recommended them I would have stopped at that point. The house looks great. The price was a bit higher than expected.

They've been around a long time. I was picky about having a contractor, and I was pleased with their work.

Their prep work could have been a bit more extensive, but it turned out okay.

They did a great job! We highly recommend this painting company!

They did a really good job. The experience was really good. They had to raise the rate but that was due to lead paint issues. They were probably the only ones qualified to do it.

I would recommend them to friends and family members.

Overall, it went badly and I would NOT hire these guys again. When their work crew left the second day, my husband came home to chunks of mud ALL OVER the house, on the carpet we had just spent hundreds of dollars cleaning. And when we looked at their initial work, there were smudges everywhere- not just next to painted walls, but even on my guest bathroom toilet! When they thought their work was done, several things needed fixing. Smudged lines on all the window borders, missed spots, blue paint on my carpet, coffee spilled on my carpet, smudges of paint on my hardwood floors. And when we asked them to come back to fix it, one of the painters actually complained to me that it was supposed to be his day off. I had a great first impression of this company from the owner, but there is a complete disconnection between his professionalism and the professionalism of his crew. I would NEVER hire these guys to paint in my house again.

Ours is a huge house. We had issues with bad siding and so forth, and they took care of all of that. They were extremely prompt, clean and courteous. They really knew what they were doing with the siding and the old paint issues. They did a fantastic job, and I have absolutely no complaints about them.

I received a very thorough estimate within a few days of my initial call. Their price was very competitive with other bids I received. The crew foreman, Sam, was present on site each day and was responsive to all of my questions and comments. I have an old home which required a lot of prep work. They did a great job scraping off all the loose paint and preparing the surface. They removed the external fixtures: lights, mailbox, etc., prior to painting. They did an excellent job matching the paint colors I had selected and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. The following day Sam did a final walk through with me and completed any touch ups that needed to be done. Overall, it was a very smooth experience. Sam was very professional and easy to work with and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
