I got ghosted by this company. The technician/owner came out and looked at my garage doors. I damaged one and it needed to be replaced and one of the spring hubs on the other double door had slid off making the spring assist mechanism non-functional. He tried to reinstall the hub but was unsuccessful. This was overloading the opener and the door was also misaligned. Haven't heard a thing back for over four weeks. I get the impression that this company will service what they can that day but is unreliable for anything more complex. They have my email and phone. Very unprofessional.
