They guaranteed proper grading prior to the addition of top soil and installation of sod. They did neither. The 20 foot tall trees they installed were great, save one died within 3 weeks and they have refused to replace it. They charged $300 for each tree but want $1100 to replace the one that died , in only 3 weeks. They promise a lot but perform very badly and do not deliver on promises. They told me they would instruct me how to winterize the irrigation system but came only to winterize it and then charged me $65 for their efforts. Most of the sprinkler heads have heaved up due to freezing winter temps and need serious work prior to being ready for Summer irrigation. I would "never" use them again. Regardless of what a field guy or installer says they will do the "main office - bean counters" will not back them up.
