Bowman's Inc of Mtn Home

We asked about installing a hot water heater, and Bowman's was on it.  They gave us an estimate and did the exchange in record time, so we weren't without water but a few minutes.  The price was actually below the estimate.

I had called Bowman's Inc. in Mtn. Home to come inspect my on-demand hot water system after a short in the system caused some melted wiring. I was told that Mike would be able to come do the inspection on Thursday or Friday. On Monday I called the company to find out why Mike hadn't come to the cabin to do the inspection. I was told that some things came up and he would be coming up first thing in the morning on Tuesday. I had some friends staying at my cabin over the weekend and I expressed my displeasure that the inspection had not been completed as requested. So on Tuesday morning at 1030 I called the people staying at the cabin only to find out that Mike had not showed up yet. The inspection did get completed that day and Mike called me the next day to inform me of the outcome. I told Mike that I needed to get the water heater completed for the people staying in the cabin and I was informed that he would get a price quote for me very soon. That was the last time I heard from Mike or Bowman's Inc. I called for an update a week after I received the inspection and did not get a return call. I called again a week after that and still no return phone call. So after the third week with no information, I called Bowman's Inc. to inform them that I was tired of waiting and would no longer need their services. I called a second company and had the cabin fixed and hot water running through pipes that same week.
