Was told it was $265.00 just for cleaning. Asked me if I had pet stains. When I replied that I did, the quote went up to almost $300.00. This was an over the phone estimate. They never even looked at my carpet.  I went with another company that came out and did an estimate in person. It was almost $150.00 cheaper and the carpet looks amazing.

Service was incredible.  We were preparing to relocate and wanted just our upstairs carpets cleaned.  When all the furniture was removed we noticed the carpet downstairs looked just as bad, plus, we the carpet was rolling/stretched in three large rooms and it looked awful.  When Ari and his crew arrived we asked if 'bumping' was a service he provided and did he have time to add 2 more rooms.  He said the extra work would not be a problem.  For the 5 rooms initially scheduled, he was charging $270 ($90 for the pet deodorizer).  This included the stairs (approx. 15).  To add the bumping in all rooms, and to add the two rooms downstairs moved the price up to $400.  We were thrilled with the results.  Carpet looks brand new.  They arrived right on time, and only took about 3 hours to complete.  Crew was friendly, well groomed, and professional.  Highly recommend!
