They are really nice people. They are absolutely wonderful.
We were having difficulty figuring out why the pellet stove was not working properly. My son went in and talked to them and he took him over to one of the displays that they have and showed my son an area of the stove we didn't know to clean. The store clerk showed him how to clean it and did not charge us for it.
When I was having trouble with my swamp cooler, he went to the same people. They went through what it had and what it needs and figured out what was wrong.
Anything I've bought from them is excellent and all the advice has been free.
