I would not recommend this company to my friends or family. The company's customer service has been very appalling. Immediate attitude and disrespect. I brought in a piece of equipment to be repaired and was told it would take approximately two weeks to get to. I came back a week later, to look at purchasing a Traeger grill, with my wife around 5:15 PM. While looking at the grill and deciding on which model, the lights suddenly went off. An elderly patron in the store asked: and quot;Why are the lights off?and quot; and the shouted response from an employee was: and quot;We're closing. It's almost 5:30. Get out.and quot; I asked if it was possible to get some assistance with the grills, since we still had 5 minutes to go, and the employee said: and quot;No, we're about to close. Leave.and quot; I was shocked, that even though I was about to spend 700 dollars on a grill, they could not accomodate a few minutes of time to address a customer's future purchase concerns. The elderly gentleman said aloud as he, the other six customers, my wife and I exited, and quot;No no folks, don't spend your money here. They need to close. Never mind you've got money in hand, eager to buy, they don't want your business.and quot; That should have been the warning sign that tipped me off to collect my weed eater then. Approximately 4 days shy of a month later, I return and ask if I am able to get a status update to see where my weed eater is in the que. The employee immediately gave me disrespectful attitude and told me: and quot;well if they didn't call you, it's not ready.and quot; I ask again if I can get an update, if the mechanic has looked at it, or is waiting on parts, only to be give an eye-roll, more attitude, and then taken in the back to 'see for myself it's not ready.' After seeing the back room, I noticed approximately 60 other various small engine tools, (leaf blowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, riding mowers, push mowers, and self propelled), I was informed that I had 7 other customers ahead of me and that there is no prediction to when I might expect completion of my repair. When I asked if if the employee thought my equipment would get serviced within a week, the employee told me there was no way to predict and to expect another three to four weeks until completion. I understand equipment repairs are difficult to gauge, due to the unknowable nature of the repairs; however, I do not think that a mechanic or company, should be accepting work, booking a month or more long back-log when they still have customers who are still waiting nearly a month later to be serviced. The repeated customer service failures, unprofessional behavior of their staff and general disregard for timeliness, have decided for me that I will not give any future business to this company nor will I recommend anyone else do the same.

They are really nice people. They are absolutely wonderful. We were having difficulty figuring out why the pellet stove was not working properly. My son went in and talked to them and he took him over to one of the displays that they have and showed my son an area of the stove we didn't know to clean. The store clerk showed him how to clean it and did not charge us for it. When I was having trouble with my swamp cooler, he went to the same people. They went through what it had and what it needs and figured out what was wrong. Anything I've bought from them is excellent and all the advice has been free.
