I am very pleased with the performance, and I would not hesitate to recommend Superior to others.

We moved across town two weeks ago and discovered our carpets were in serious need of cleaning. Barry, (very nice guy) came to bid an estimate quickly, and the work crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They were quick: two guys working to clean about 1100sqft of carpet and 20 stairs took just over an hour, and the carpets were completely dry between 6-8 hours. They took particular care on a section of carpet that had cat urine smell, and Barry was nice enough to actually find the source of the troublesome odor (he pulled back the carpet and taught me how to re-tack it) and suggested ways for us to treat it as well. We had used a different carpet cleaner on our old house (who was slightly cheaper than Superior Floors) and it took 2 days for the carpets to dry....too long. I called around to at least eight different places for phone bids based on square footage, and Superior Floors was definitely the best price (except the other guy previously mentioned who I don't recommend).

We've always had trouble keeping carpets clean and we've had wood floors in the past, so we decided to have new floors installed. Superior Floors did an excellent job. Ron in sales was very responsible, attentive, and friendly. Ron, who installed the floors, paid great attention to detail, took his time, and did stellar work. I look forward to working with Superior Floors again in the future.
