It went great. It took longer than they had originally told us, but all in all it went well. We bought the tires, they put them on, and took care of our old tires. They also rotate, and put our snow tires on and off for free when needed.

Were running a little behind and waited 45 minutes but very pleasant and professional

I LOVE this company! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. The tires are good quality and ride well. My favorite thing about Les Schwab is that they take care of you. I have had flats in the past and they will come and fix them, or if it can't be fixed roadside, haul your car into their shop for free. If you get a nail in a tire, they fix it for free. They also offer monthly tire rotation - again, for free. When you have your car worked on there they cannot get to you fast enough...everyone is running around, yet it is not chaotic. Everyone explains things so well. All personnel are friendly...a smile and a greeting from just about everyone is normal. Free coffee, free popcorn, too. Waits are usually not long, and if they will be longer, they let you know right away.
If it is a busy time - like having snow tires put on or taken off, get there early and leave your car for the day. They will stay there until every car is done. I have walked in with a flat tire right at closing and they will fix it right then.
I have been treated so well there that I will NEVER buy my tires anywhere else. Period.

That did a great job. They gave me an estimate and told me to bring the car back in the next day when the parts came in. They preformed the service very quickly. It was ready by the end of the day.

The female mechanic was courteous, and thoroughly explained the uses of the tires for me [a first time buyer] so that I could chose the type that best fit the kind of driving I would be doing. She also suggested an alignment check, something I would not know to do. All of the staff were quick to respond to questions, and gave me information that was both helpful and has so far proven accurate. My mother has gone to Les Schwab for years, and now I can see why.
