Fork Refrigeration is the provider for our Home Warranty and they were a good contractor for the Warranty company to choose. The manager/owner came within the hour of my reporting our failed furnace to the Home Warranty company and then obtained consent from the Warranty company to replace the furnace within a day. It was then only a couple more days before our furnace was replaced quickly, cleanly, and professionally.

My experience with them was very good. I don't remember really what their charges were but I know it was reasonable. I had checked out with everybody before and they were probably better than most. So the price was good. They were very accommodating and very nice. They did a great job and made sure everything was okay. In fact I think I had to call them back because it was frosting over, and they came back several times and got it fixed. I was very impressed with them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They do a good service. I am satisfied with the services provided.

I contacted Fork Refrigeration to have them look at my furnace that seemed to be running funny (the exhaust had a funny smell). They had a guy out pretty quick (within in a couple days) who quickly diagnosed the problem as incomplete combustion due to a rusted out heat exchanger. He was really helpful in explaining to me what was wrong, the evidence for the fault, and how it led to the problems and symptoms I observed. This made me very comfortable with them. The repair guy then gave me an overview of possible options, repair or replacement. Within a day or so the manager called me and was really patient in explaining my options and the pros and cons for each of them (repair or replacement). I did not feel any pressure to go with the higher cost option over the cheaper repair option. They made sure I had the information I needed to make my decision. I then decided to go with replacement. They were prompt and careful and clean with their installation. There were some problems with the billing and some vibration. They fixed the bill very quickly and were very patient with me accepting without question my observations of vibrations that turned out to be related to the inducer fan and the exhaust pipes. They came back serveral times and stated many times they were happy to come back until everything was fine. I am very pleased with them. Every fact and price I checked independantly of what they told me was correct and proper.
