 + -1 moreThe initial replacement work was acceptable. Cascade said that if we got a chip in the windshield, they would repair it for free. They did NOT honor this promise. We called them to have a chip repaired. The person responding first asked if the chip was directly in the line of vision of the driver (it wasn't). Then he asked if the chip has started to crack or "spider web" (it hadn't ). At that time he refused to have anyone come out to repair the chip, saying that we should wait until the windshield actually cracks and then they would come out and replace the windshield. That is absolutely the wrong approach! We ended up calling another windshield repair service and paying $45.00 to have the chip repaired with epoxy. That service guarantees the integrity of their repair, in that if the windshield ever cracks at the location of the repair, they will replace the windshield for free. In my opinion, Cascade Auto Glass is guilty of false advertising. It also makes no economic sense at all to wait until the windshield actually cracks and then they have to spend a great deal more to replace the windshield, than it would cost to repair the chip. I would not recommend Cascade Auto Glass to anyone.
